You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Olive Lane specializes in handcrafted Indian ethnic wear, fine silks, handlooms, and bespoke garments. Because many of our fabrics and embroideries are crafted by hand by skilled artisans:

• Subtle variations in weave, texture, embroidery density, and natural dye shades are authentic characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
• While we strive to display garment colors and silhouettes as accurately as possible, slight color variations may occur depending on your screen resolution and lighting.

Our bespoke studio enables you to commission garments tailored to your specific measurements, silhouette choices, and fabric selections:

• Measurement Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We provide detailed sizing guidance and atelier consultation to assist you.
• Production Initiation: Once a bespoke order is placed and measurements are finalized, our master cutters and tailors begin work. Consequently, customizations cannot be altered once cutting has commenced.
• Custom Order Returns: As detailed in our Returns Policy, bespoke and made-to-order pieces are created uniquely for you and are not eligible for return due to change of mind. If an error is attributable to our atelier, we will provide alterations or resolution.
